History of Rockwood Construction Group
The Chase Development Group, Inc (dba: Rockwood Construction Group). was founded in 2001. Our firm stands on the wide shoulders and reputation of our founder Eric Alzaroui. Our goal was to build solid relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors and the community. Eric began his career in construction by managing the few construction projects and provided consulting support.

Our depth of experience allows us to determine the constructability of your project and develop detailed construction schedules that are realistic and successfully meet your needs. We evaluate materials and systems in each phase of the preconstruction process,
Planning
During the design phase, we provide construction feasibility advice. We work with and assist the owner and architect in the selection of service providers, materials, building systems, and equipment. If we have any concerns about feasibility, you will hear them during the design phase. Then, we work with the architect in determining project scope, budget, schedule and quality.
