Our step-by-step, open-book approach is based on the concept that the complex and extensive work performed in the preconstruction phase pays off in savings during the course of construction and close-out. We can customize resources for each client.
Rockwood Construction Group can perform value-added Lean construction methods during design, utilize our in-house mechanical / electrical estimating, or negotiate critical subcontractor resources, if needed.

Construction
We maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our construction through tested programs and processes, and by being innovative.
Project Scheduling: Our Project Scheduler coordinates all scheduling activities throughout the preconstruction and construction phases of the project, and develops several types of schedules with the project team.
The Design and Construction Schedule identifies the durations and interrelationships of design, financing, agency reviews, and construction periods. Utilizing manpower loading, quantity tracking, or last planner techniques, we can apply the best tools to build and maintain the best scheduling possible.
Quality Control: One of our founding principles at Rockwood Construction Group is to provide the highest quality finished product to our clients. First and foremost, attaining this goal begins with quality people. We believe that our staff of construction professionals ranks among the best anywhere in the industry. As always, we seek subcontractor partners who have established reputations and proven track records for quality.
During construction, we document that the equipment and materials delivered meet the project requirements and are installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Since our inception in 2001, Rockwood Construction Group has completed many medical projects But healthcare is so much more than just big numbers. All our management, supervisory staff members, and subcontractors are required to attend an in-depth training session that touches on every aspect of providing responsible, effective construction services in the healthcare facility environment.
